How to determine which subscription type is right for you (SSO vs non-SSO)

  • Do you have a company domain? (company.com)
  • Are you using active directory to log in your users?
  • Would you like to use your company username and password to log in automatically?
  • Is your IT department able to help you set up your subscription?

If you answered yes to all these questions, then you should set up an SSO subscription.

  • This will require the help of your IT department (Azure AD global admin rights required).
  • The IT department will need to authorize each of the company domains that your users could log in from (company.com, company.org, company.co.uk) etc…
  • Nialli will need to map each of these domains to your subscription.

If you answered NO to any of these questions, then you should set up a non-SSO subscription.

  • Each user will need a Microsoft Account to sign in.
  • Somebody in your company will have to be responsible for adding all of the individual users to your subscription in the non-SSO user table.
