If you wish to pin Visual Planner to the taskbar, you need to use the right click menu either in your applications list or on your desktop. 

Do not use the menu from the taskbar to “Pin to taskbar” or Visual Planner will not automatically update.

If Visual Planner is pinned to the taskbar and you are not able to log in, please delete the pin and go to your applications menu and delete the old version as shown. You can then pin the new version from this location using a right click as shown above.
