The issue is related to how applications are pinned to the taskbar. 

We observed that applications wrongly pinned to taskbar are not automatically updated, and launching from the taskbar will run the older version which may no longer be supported.

To ensure you are running the latest version of our application with updated features and fixes, kindly unpin the application from the taskbar and launch from either the Desktop shortcut or the applications menu. If this does not work, uninstall the application and reinstall to get the latest version.
